Welcome to weScotchoo. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through wescotchoo.com. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Information
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because our Scotcheroo bars are handmade in small batches, slight variations in appearance may occur. These variations do not affect quality or freshness.
All products are sold subject to availability.
2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and authorize payment in full.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
3. Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right, which may include replacement at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
4. Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are typically shipped on designated shipping days to preserve freshness and avoid unnecessary weekend transit time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier performance.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing and handling are managed by the shipping carrier. While we package carefully to protect your order, transit delays or mishandling by the carrier are outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with documentation.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Weather-related delays
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
5. Allergen & Food Safety Disclosure
Our products contain peanuts and dairy.
They may also contain or come into contact with soy, wheat, or other allergens due to shared processing environments.
If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please contact us prior to ordering.
6. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription:
- You authorize recurring charges based on the selected billing frequency.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account portal or by contacting us before your next billing cycle.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, product names, images, descriptions, graphics, and branding — is the property of weScotchoo and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, weScotchoo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or carrier interruptions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
